Update about the availability of 2-in-1 cartridges
For the sake of clarity, we have prepared the below statement for our distributors:
Update 19/08/2022
DRY FLEX® Super Finish is now available in a new 2-in-1 cartridge. The new 150ml cartridge is easy to use with the EASY•Q™ PROFESSIONAL DISPENSING GUN. This product will replace our DRY FLEX® Super Finish 2-in-1 180ml (2027105) for a short time. You can find more information about this new product here.
DRY FLEX® 1 2-in-1, DRY FLEX® 4 2-in-1, and Super Finish 180ml
We were recently made aware of an issue with the manufacturing of our DRY FLEX 2-in-1 cartridges, despite our best efforts to source a replacement manufacturer or supplier, we have not been able to do this with success. For this reason, our stock of the DRY FLEX® 1 2-in-1 (art. no. 2023105) and DRY FLEX® 4 2-in-1 (art. no. 2022105) has now been depleted and we can no longer provide this product to our customers. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
Our current stock of our DRY FLEX® Super Finish 2-in-1 180ml (2027105) has also been affected by this, and this product is also now out of stock.
Starting from September/October 2022, we will also be providing our DRY FLEX® 1 & DRY FLEX® 4 2-in-1 products in a NEW 150ml quantity, communications regarding this will follow in the coming months when it becomes available, please await this further communication before placing orders for the 150ml 2-in-1 cartridges.
DRY FLEX® 1, DRY FLEX® 4, and DRY FLEX® Super Finish A&B
DRY FLEX® 1 (art. no. 2023005), DRY FLEX® 4 (art. no. 2022005), and DRY FLEX® Super Finish (art. no 2027005), are still regularly available; in their A & B form as dual cartridges. To help facilitate this transition to our A & B cartridges, we recently communicated a promotion to all distributors on our EASY-Q™ HIGH PERFORMANCE DISPENSING GUN, providing a 50% discount on orders to our distributors usual pricing, which is to be passed on to the customer/ end user via shelf edge price reduction.

The 2-in-1 cartridge with a capacity of 180ml is not available from our supplier for the time being. In order to meet our customers’ demand for a 2-in-1 cartridge, we have sourced an alternative. The solution for the meantime is to supply our 2-in-1 products in a 150ml cartridge, these will become available in September/October.
Yes. Just use the regular EASY•Q™ PROFESSIONAL DISPENSING GUN.

As soon as the 180ml cartridge is back in stock, Repair Care will start delivering the 180ml cartridges. Unfortunately it remains unclear for now when this will be the case.
