Meet the Team: Fay Cross – Sales Admin Support
As our new Sales Admin Support, Fay will most likely be one of the first people you speak to when you call our office for any sales, orders or technical enquiries.
Fay Cross joined the team back in September 2018 after having recently returned from travelling with her partner of seven years. Since a young age, travelling was always a desire for Fay and she has spent almost three years back packing across the world with Uganda being one of her top favourites to go back to.
As our new Sales Admin Support, Fay will most likely be the first person you speak to when you call our office for any sales, orders or technical enquiries. Being front of house comes natural to Fay, since her credentials and work experience have contributed to her managerial and administration skill set. In her previous roles, Fay has worked in a variety of industries such as managing and being a part business owner of Simplicity Bar and Restaurant in Ashby de la Zouch, an Admin team lead for Leicestershire County Council Social Services and a Bank Manger for TSB in Birmingham.

When Fay is not working she likes to read, take part in snowboarding and rock climbing. Most importantly, she is always keen on planning her next adventure as well as her upcoming wedding following a surprise proposal before she came back to the UK.
