Description
A property in Stanhoe, North Norfolk requested urgent repairs to their entrance hall sash window. Wishing to repair rather than replace. The Repaircare dry Flex system was the perfect solution to remedy the problem.
The sash window was dismantled and the paint removed from around the rot. The rot was routed out back to stable timber and tested for damp in both sash box and bottom sash window.
After cutting the outlining and cill to size (matching the existing mouldings), the Repair Care Dry Fix primer was applied to all new timber and original timber components.
Dry flex 16 was then applied to complete the splice and repairs. Once cured all was sanded back ready for painting using a compatible paint system.
