What are we going to do?
We want to know how you, as a customer, experience the products and services of our organisation. As this is so important to us, we are going to carry out research into the customer experience. We are doing this in collaboration with the research and consultancy firm Integron.
How do you participate in the research?
On Monday 15 January you will receive a personal invitation from Integron by email. The link to the questionnaire will be included in the invitation. We’re counting on your feedback!
What are we going to do with the results?
The research results will let us know what is going well and what we can do better. This will then allow us to get to work on providing you with even better service.
