Repair Care Support International Women’s Day

Within the joinery and construction industry it has historically been a very male dominated market. As an international company, we are proud to support the campaign #balanceforbetter celebrating women’s achievements. Last year as a company we made history with Monique Janssen becoming the first woman to join our senior management team.  This year the UK team made history as we welcomed our new General Manager Bonita Gray.  Bonita is the  first woman to become a General Manager within the company worldwide. Since joining the company, Bonita has already accelerated the gender parity within our industry by growing the team and achieving a 50% split within the team.
