Description
We carried out the renovation of an old building being converted into flats. We refurbished all of the sash windows and doors along with the joinery to the bay. All of the timber was in a poor state of repair and most was replaced for a similar hardwood keeping the broken ogee design. The timber was mechanically fixed in places but was predominantly fixed to the building using Bio Flex Cool due to the time of year the work was carried out.
