Description
This was a resin repair and paint limited to the sill of a bay window.
It had only been decorated by another contractor 2 years previously but they had used poor quality paint and 2 pack car filler which hadn’t lasted.
The repair was limited to the sill as this house was on the market and need this issue addressing urgently, however I’m hoping the new owners go on to continue the renovation of the rest of the windows in the future.
The old filler was removed and the underlying rot and decay removed before completing the repair using Dry Flex 4.
Once the repair was completed everything was painted in to match with Teknos Aqua Top.
